bigg newz guys!

guess what? i got moved up to the bronze group!! in honor of that i will type the rest of this post in bronze.

yesterday i went first for a lap of double arm backstroke since ana chris's ear infection started acting up so she got out for a bit and since thats my fast stroke i was there by myself and coach asked if i was ready to move up. i figured it was just a random question but of course said yes and he said 'Great - so do i. next time you come you're swimmin with bronze' hurrah! two months in blue and im FINALLY out!! I love the girls and am glad i got to swim with them, but i'm ready to move up. hopefully i won't drown/kill myself. har.

emily : yes, i do have an outline for my novel. a vague one, but an outline. its about the wizards, my own sort of um interpretation of wizards, and when they're defeated by the elementals and all the wizards die. thats vague, but i have to work on stuff .. ha.

anyway. i hope i can go to the swimathon *prays*

amelia earhart mystery 'solved' ?

in 2000, an elderly woman, who, because of her fragile heart condition, requested that she be known only as 'betty', finally was able to get her story to the media.

when 15 year old betty was channel surfing her family's radio one night, she suddenly heard the unbelievable : "This is Amelia Earhart. This is Amelia Earhart." an avid airplane fan, betty immedietly turned up the volume and listened. after a moment she pulled out her notebook and began jotting things down.

earhart would talk for several minutes - occasionally interupted by her navigator, who, betty thinks had a head injury and was delirious. he tried to wrestle his way out of the plane, then would stop and try to get the microphone. between his interuptions, there were more interuptions. occasionally the line would go blank, or 'fuzzy'. but when betty could hear, earhart referred to rising water and begged for help. one of the two most important things earhart said was "George" followed by "Get my suitcase in the closet. California." meaning not their previous home in, (i forget), but their new one in california. the second thing was a string of numbers betty initially thought was a longitude and latitude - but one that made no sense.

unless you changed the nine to a five - numbers that were easily confused, the reason why today we say 'niner niner' to make sure of clarity. and if you changed those numbers, we found the exact location of a ship that was to show amelia's way to a small island.

guilty blogger

well after revelling in another one of naomi's wonderful long posts i felt kind of bad that i haven't been posting much .. heh.

my earache is mostly going away .. but i won't be able to go to the anime club tonight, which i am a little annoyed about. *headdesk* mostly its because mom thinks i could get better faster if i wasn't exposed to the germs there.. sigh. i really want to go. anyway. if i don't get to go to the premiere of the almosts i'm going to be more than slightly annoyed. *threatening face*

i'm simultaneously updating roleplay and blogging so this is kind of .. an odd post . ha.

i'm feelin a little horseyed out .. ha. roleplaying for horses stresses me out for reasons yet unkown to me. .. hmmityhmm hmm..

okay my hands are starting to cramp up because they're cold and lyd wants me to play wii with her. tata!!

more on earache

so i've got a busted eustation tube .. apparently when i was blowing my nose earlier this week (i blow very very hard) i pushed the tube so that it blew snot into my eardrum (a slightly more detailed description of what josh said) so yeah. i'm taking some stuff thats supposed to make it drain and it feels a little better but the other one is starting to feel funny *eye roll* so who knows.

oh joy

i have an earache.

'nuff said.

it feels like my brain is going to explode any second. i'm typing in 'home earache remedies' as fast as i can..

daddy's home!

well daddy's home from micronesia - i woke up this morning in my nice warm bed and ate breakfast .. then i took a shower .. then i got dressed. then we drove to the airport. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line. then we drove through the pick up line.

so then we finally found dad. turns out he had to check his baggage in and out so he could take his diving knife (lol).

he brought me a very cool necklace.. i get a choice of sea turtle or mana ray i think i'm gonna go with turtle .. i'll wear it to church or post a picture or something. i'm kind of scared to wear it to church i'm worried (SOMEONE WHO'S NAME I WON"T MENTION) (ian) will break it like he broke my locket :P which i fixed by the way.

i'm kind of frustrated but i'm not sure why and its a stupid reason anyway so .. yeah.

people keep asking me if nico is my boyfriend and its starting to get on my nerves -- mostly its this one little girl and she asks over and over and over i don't know why and i wish i did because i feel naive and .. i donno.

i wrote a stupid poem really late last night and its not lighthearted its too dramatic and serious.. i wrote something funny about jellybeans awhile back and i can't find it *oh face* yeah not sure about that one. it was funny though and y'all would like it.

so anyway i'm not really as comfortable as i have been the past three weeks.. well it couldn't stay like that long. i want to straighten my hair and see how long it gets .. but mostly i want it long.. bout as long as livy's. (like maybe three four inches past her shoulders.. yeah.)

i've been dizzy all day so i'm feeling a little slanted as i write this so i'm probably going to get off now.. i can't wait for november.

i have this vague memory of someone punching me in the face last night. if anyone can elaborate that would be very helpful.. i must have done something in my sleep o.o

i'm working on a banner for my nano.. i think i'm going to call it age of wizards.

i might scan this picture elizabeth benson drew for me (note to self add her to list of people to find on facebook) and put it on the banner. i'm going to use picnik so i don't have an ad at the bottom because that would be bad.

so what that really means is i have to wait until next time we go to the office .. *sigh*

National Novel Writing Month

Who's doin it? Heehee.

No I don't have any ideas for what I'll write about - but here's the problem I may have to put my short story writing on hold. Which will kind of stink but maybe I'll do it since sometimes while I'm writing I have ideas for other stories.. Anyway I have the rest of october for writing everything.


NOvember I'll buckle down and write my novel ♥

I almost have enough for an ipod!! But I probably won't be getting one until decemberish since everybody's birthday is in october. lol.

No in November I will not be blogging at all. Sorry guys :( I might read blogs occasionally but probly not. I won't be roleplaying. I won't be emailing ( much ) and I will probably be partially insane.

I won't be vlogging I won't be watching vlogs (most likely ) and unfortunately I won't be roleplaying. I know I already said this.

now. a little recap..

tuesday : going to fondren for sister day and playing blackjack and winning and going to the orange peel and hearing alicia keys and being happy .. and then singing 30h!3 on the hood of emily's car with katie while emily made katie tea and thenn driving entirely too much in the car with emily with a too-tight ring on my middle finger (eventually got it off... thanks to soap) listening to weird hiphop and miley cyrus ant taylor swift and getting lost trying to get to the courthouse. then drinking instant coffee after playing outside on the swing and almost throwing up and playing uno attack until eleven o'clock.. and then going to bed.


wednesday : having school and tae kwon do and swimming and being annoyed and pretty much having no fun except for having 2 new students at tae kwon do.

thursday : having school and tae kwon do and swimming and lydia giving the whole notebook to nico and him keeping it and me swimming and choking on water and coach jimmy saying that i was the best in my group and that i would move up very soon and coach brian saying the same thing and watching speed racer.. and not crying through any of it so it wasn't that good of a movie but whatever.

friday : taking a math test that i still don't know if i passed or not wondering which songs are written in the margins of that notebook looking for things wearing weird clothes that still look cool eating icecream having the biggest pe class in the history of p.e. classes being really happy because anna's coming back next week looking forward to saturday and monday and ripping my toenail half off and running to the bathroom so i don't drip blood on the sacred mat and then laughing at chase because he almost threw up when he saw it.. lol.. and then taking a too-long shower and sitting in my towel and updating my blog.

so its been sortof busy.. which is why i haven't updated until now.
